A Cause of Recurrent Abdominal Pain: Incidental Intestinal Nonrotation

چکیده

Intestinal nonrotation is a subtype of malrotation and it usually detected incidentally in adulthood. Although often asymptomatic, patients with this condition are at increased risk conditions that may require emergency surgery, such as intestinal obstruction necrosis. In relation to our case 52-year-old male patient diagnosed radiological examinations performed for renal colic, the current status literature was discussed. conclusion, cases nonrotation, radiologists surgeons should be alert possibility diagnosis treatment processes will affected.
